Our Returns Policy
Our most important point within our 'Returns Policy' is our customers full satisfaction with their purchases. If for any reason, your are not happy we will gladly refund you subject to the 'Returns Policy' below:
All items are thoroughly checked right through the manufacturing process and checked by us again before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will happily refund your money as long as we receive the faulty item along with its packaging in the same physical state as when delivered within 30 days of original dispatch.
Non Returnable Items
As you will agree and appreciate for hygiene reasons, jewellery and adult toys cannot be returned due to the intimate nature of the product. This way we can assure you that these items you receive have not been worn, returned and resold. Therefore these items cannot be returned if the packaging is not in the same physical state as when delivered.
All returns must be agreed via email in advanced. Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org Unauthorised returns may not be returned or refunded. Once authorised simply fill out our 'Returns Form' here and return the faulty item to us.
All returned items should be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we advise you to retain your proof of postage when sending goods back to us. This is for your own safety in case the return is lost in the postal system. Please note: The packing and postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the order items.

On receipt of the return, as long as it is returned to us within the 30 day period, the refund will be paid back by the same method the goods were paid for initially. This will be completed within 3 working days from receipt of the returned item. Once again please note: All returns must be agreed via email in advance. Unauthorised returns may not be returned or refunded.
