We take the delivery of your item very seriously. So to ensure your delivery arrives safely we only offer 1st or 2nd Class Signed For™. It’s just like standard First Class post - except we receive a signature to confirm the safe delivery to your door.
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.
We want you to receive your order quickly and safely and to ensure this we request a signature on delivery. We are often asked by customers to leave their order round the back or in a secure place, but to ensure safe delivery we are unable to do so. If you are not available to sign for your order a card will be posted through the door instructing you where to collect your parcel from.
If you do not collect it within 7 days it will be returned to us and additional postage costs maybe incurred. Alternatively you can call the number on the card to arrange for redelivery at a more convenient time.
Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO Box's. Should you require details on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct. www.royalmail.com.
DISCRETION IS GUARANTEED
We understand that some of our customers need discretion and this is why we always send your orders in discreet plain packaging with no mention of our company name, however please note that for delivery purposes only our return address will be shown on the reverse of the package which will enable you to identify it.
Our most important point within our 'Returns Policy' is our customers full satisfaction with their purchases. If for any reason, your are not happy we will gladly refund you subject to the 'Returns Policy' below:
All items are thoroughly checked right through the manufacturing process and checked by us again before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will happily refund your money as long as we receive the faulty item along with its packaging in the same physical state as when delivered within 30 days of original dispatch.
Non Returnable Items
As you will agree and appreciate for hygiene reasons, jewellery and adult toys cannot be returned due to the intimate nature of the product. This way we can assure you that these items you receive have not been worn, returned and resold. Therefore these items cannot be returned if the packaging is not in the same physical state as when delivered.
All returns must be agreed via email in advanced. Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org Unauthorised returns may not be returned or refunded. Once authorised simply fill out our 'Returns Form' here and return the faulty item to us.
All returned items should be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we advise you to retain your proof of postage when sending goods back to us. This is for your own safety in case the return is lost in the postal system. Please note: The packing and postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the order items. UPDATE: Frustratingly, PayPal are no longer refunding sales fees so unfortunately we will no longer be able to refund any PayPal fees associated with your order.
